This week, Scran features not one but two chefs from Michelin star restaurants: Michel Roux Jr. and Stevie McLaughlin.
The first part of the episode features Rosalind's visit to Crossbasket Castle to meet Michel Roux Jr. Michel now runs Le Gavorche, one of the first restaurants to gain a Michelin star in 1974.
He talks about his famous family name that is synonymous with fine dining, and his humble upbringing, cooking for his icon Sir Alex Ferguson and the key to restaurant success.
The second part of the episode features Stevie McLaughlin, head chef at Scotland's only two Michelin star restaurant.
Rosalind finds out about Stevie's career that started with an interest in Choux pastry, his first encounter with Andrew Fairlie at One Devonshire Gardens and tips on how the future generation of chefs can progress in the industry.
