On episode six, host and Scotsman food and drink writer Rosalind Erskine chats to Caitlyn about what Edinburgh foodies can look forward to in January and gets her thoughts on the growing trend of veganism and Veganuary.

Rosalind also talks to Jimmy Lee, chef and owner of Lychee Oriental in Glasgow about his restaurant, inspirations and how he plans to celebrate Chinese New Year, which falls on the 25th January.

Jimmy also talks about how food plays a huge part in the celebrations.
