Following last week's whisky flavour, this week Scran is all about gin - and more specifically the botanicals of gin.
On episode four, host and Scotsman food and drink writer Rosalind Erskine is joined in the studio by Hamish Martin, co-founder of the The Secret Herb Garden.
Hamish talks about growing his business from a derelict plot of land on the outskirts of Edinburgh into a specialist seven-acre herb garden and visitor centre.
He also discusses The Old Curiosity Gin, which he launched in 2017 and his collaboration with M&S which recently saw the launch of a Christmas G&T in a can.
We also get the background to Scotland's gin renaissance from Sean Murphy, Scotsman food and drink editor, and author of the acclaimed Gin Galore: A Journey to the Source of Scotland's Gin.
