Kate Fairlie discusses how she's keeping her husband Andrew Fairlie's legacy alive and chief executive of HIT Scotland, David Cochrane talks about how this charity is helping to support those getting into the industry, including fundraising such as climbing Kilimanjaro and eating the 'world's highest' Burns supper.
