This fun recipe, which takes 30 mins to make and makes four toasted sandwiches, is an enjoyable fusion of pizza and grilled cheese sandwiches (toasties). American food blogger Nicole, who runs Cooking for Keeps said: "Because simplicity is what I adore about the margherita pizza, I wanted to take the same approach here. The sauce is only a few ingredients – crushed fire-roasted canned tomatoes (I like to use San Marzano or Muir Glen), plenty of sugar (I like a sweet sauce for Margherita pizza), salt, garlic and olive oil. It’s simmered for just a few minutes until all the flavors come together, then cooled to room temperature."

Blogger Baker by Nature explaining how the  Twice-baked part, said: "Twice-baked potatoes, much like biscotti, require two – almost back to back – baking sessions. Thus, they are 'twice-baked'. The first baking session is to soften the potatoes; you’ll need their centers to be soft enough to be easily scooped out."
