With Father's Day just around the corner (Sunday 16 June), we take a look at some interesting whisky collaboration ideal for a dram loving Dad.
From TV shows to chocolates, there's something for all (even those that don't drink) in these whisky collaborations, perfect for Father's Day.
While Game of Thrones may be at an end, you can still give your dad a gift fit for ruler of The Seven Kingdoms.
Released in collaboration with HBO, White Walker by Johnnie Walker is the ultimate gift for fans of the series.
With notes of vanilla and caramelised sugar with touches of orchard fruit, the limited-edition White Walker is a versatile whisky fit for sipping or enjoying in a summer high ball.
This innovative whisky is best served directly from the freezer - look out for the changeable bottle - echoing the chilling presence of the White Walkers.
One of Scotland’s oldest distilleries has partnered with contemporary tweed tailors in a creative collaboration marrying two of Scotland’s best exports - whisky and tweed.
In time for Father’s Day, The GlenDronach and Walker Slater have teamed up to design a tweed-dressed hip- ask to mark the launch of the partnership.
The deep russet colours of the bespoke tweed are inspired by the rich character of The GlenDronach’s award-winning 12 year old Single Malt, a bottle of which is included as part of a gift set, which is available to buy now.
Scottish menswear designer Kestin Hare has teamed up with Speyside distillery BenRiach in a partnership which celebrates their creative approaches to design and whisky distilling.
The collection features clothing inspired by the whisky, landscape and architecture of the BenRiach distillery.
Thanks to Scottish miller, Halley Stevenson, the garments have been dyed using traditional methods such as peat, in order to truly represent the colours of the BenRiach single malts.
Dundee-based Halley Stevenson has garment dyed the Shop Coat (pictured) to colour reference two expressions -the peated BenRiach Curiositas Aged 10 Years and unpeated four cask matured Aged 21 Years.
While this may not be the type of collaboration you can drink, why not give your Dad the gift of a refined fragrance this Father's Day?
Iconic brand Jo Malone has teamed up with Huntsman Savile Row to produce four scents, and one includes our national drink.
The scents are: Amber and Pathouli; Assam and Grapefruit; Birch and Black Pepper and, out favourite, Whisky and Cedarwood - and all come in distinctive bottles decorated with Huntsman's gold typography.
If you Dad has a sweet tooth and loves a dram then combine both with a whisky at chocolate pairing from Perthshire's award-winning chocolatier, Iain Burnett.
The selection of chocolates have been created in collaboration with some of Scotland's best known distilleries to enhance the flavours from some well-loved single malts including Glenmorangie, Macallan and Lagavulin.
Another non-alcoholic pairing, but one that whisky loving Dads will appreciate. Noble Isle's collection focuses on produce from around the UK, with Scotland's being the fragrant Whisky and Water collection.
The products are made using malted barley extract and water from The Balvenie Distillery in Speyside, which creates a sweet and warm scent - much like the whisky itself.
