The highly anticipated pasta restaurant is set to open its doors next month.

The team behind the popular Paesano pizzeria, which has two outlets in the city, announced that they’d be branching out into a pasta restaurant earlier this year.

The restaurant, named Sugo, will be located in the iconic Charles Rennie Mackintosh Herald building on Mitchell Street at Mitchell Lane in the city centre, the restaurant promises fresh pasta made daily.

Dishes will be served as they would be throughout different regions of Italy with each pasta paired with the sauce or ingredients traditionally used.
