Bottled exclusively for The Whisky Exchange, this new release from Redbreast was matured in a single cream sherry cask, offering a complex finish.
Its bright, ripe fruit is complemented by notes of Normandy cider, roasted coffee, lemon thyme, dark chocolate and hints of spiced berry compote, with a long rounded finish.
Chris Bolton, own-label and brand product manager at The Whisky Exchange, said about the exclusive: “Here at The Whisky Exchange we have been championing Irish pot still whiskey for many years and searching out exceptional examples of spirit.
“This old-style single cask from Redbreast exemplifies the exquisite style of whiskey that Ireland has become famous for.”
