Marks and Spencer is celebrating spring with the release of a new cherry blossom gin liqueur glitter globe.

Inspired by the delicate blooms seen only in spring, the new flavour boasts light floral cherry notes, with a hint of peach and is set to be an ideal summer tipple.

Available in Marks and Spencer stores now, the gin glitters with 23 carat edible gold leaf as well as an eye-catching ‘animated’ label of blossom falling.

The M&S team say it’s delicious served neat over ice with a squeeze of lime, or as a simple cherry blossom cocktail; one part cherry blossom gin liqueur topped up with limited edition Conte Priuli summer prosecco and garnished with edible flowers.

The new liqueur has been launched off the back of the sell-out success of the Marks and Spencer gold leaf clementine glitter gin liqueur, which was first launched in 2019 and introduced again, along with a new rhubarb flavour, last year.

The cherry blossom gin liqueur glitter globe is one of the latest products to hit shelves this spring, with Percy Pig partyware and Colin the Caterpillar button biscuits also available this month.

The cherry blossom gin liqueur glitter globe has an abv of 20% and is priced at £17.
