Cocktails are a mix of tiki specials, some with a Scottish twist, such as: Saturn, a drink from IBA's world cocktail championship that includes gin, falernum, orgeat, lemon bitters, pineapple, lime and passion fruit juices, and the Arthur's Seat Volcano, which consists of Bacardi rum, pineapple, pink grapefruit juice, absinthe and house ginger beer with a flaming eruption of Wray & Nephew overproof rum.
All the cocktails are served in eye-catching, authentic ceramic Tiki mugs.
