Popular Speyside hotel announces first ever wellness retreat

Luxury hotel, The Craigellachie in Speyside, is inviting guests to unwind this April with the launch of its first wellness retreat.

Located in the heart of whisky country, the popular hotel - which is home to the Quaich whisky bar and Copper Dog pub - has teamed up with bespoke company, Retreat Life, to bring the first wellness and fitness retreat to Speyside.

The bespoke retreat will include daily fitness classes with motivating trainers, world-class practitioners, restorative yoga, forest walks, guided meditations, wild swimming and activities only available in the area.

The Craigellachie offers guests the opportunity to relax, re-energise and reconnect with nature thanks to its picturesque and tranquil location.

During the wellness retreat stay, guests can look forward to treatments such as a healing massage in the treatment room with Mauli Rituals. Mauli celebrates centuries-old Ayurvedic tradition for layering, using healing herbs and fragrant flowers.

In addition, Retreat Life will introduce an Omnos test for all guests; an innovative DNA and lifestyle test that will provide invaluable insights into particular areas of wellness including nutrition, health and performance.

Individual Mindset sessions will help to unlock your potential and inspirational talks on genomics and nutrition alongside one on one consultations with a nutritional specialist will ensure that all guests discover new and exciting ways to expand their lives.

The retreat will run from 2nd - 5th April, this will include a four day, three night stay which includes three daily delicious, healthy meals, snacks and beverages, which will be created with locally sourced, organic seasonal produce, keeping guests positively re-fuelled and nutritionally balanced throughout the retreat.

The package also includes one massage per person, daily yoga, guided meditation, fitness training, local activities, mindset and nutrition consultations, airport transfers and a welcome gift.
