So L.A., which opened in Glasgow city centre last month, posted pics of the exciting new dish on their Facebook page, writing: "Picking up the pieces of awesomeness when cultures collide. Ramen Noodle 'Mac & Cheese'. American cheese sauce, black truffle & chives."
Priced at £4.50, the new dish is sure to be a big hit with Mac and Cheese lovers.
The California-themed venue is situated on 43 Mitchell Street and is inspired by the “vibrancy and diversity of the West coast drinking and dining scene”.
The eatery, which was opened by the team behind the Butchershop Bar & Grill and the Spanish Butcher, specialises in the fusion style dishes that are "influenced the Californian dining scene”.
As well as the Ramen Noodle 'Mac & Cheese', So L.A.'s innovative menus features dishes such as the Szechuan Duck Doughnut, Sautéed Chickpea Panisse, Street Corn and Miso Glazed Beef Fillet.
