The former Radio One breakfast DJ is said to be a massive fan of the teacakes and regularly tweets about them.

When the Scottish confectionery giants learned of his love for their iconic product, they decided to send him the perfect birthday present.
The presenter, who turned 42 today, turned up for work at the Radio X offices in London this morning only to be greeted by the giant birthday teacake and judging by the tweet posted out by the station, he couldn't wait to get tucked in.

Fergus Louden, sales manager at Tunnock's said that they'd learned about the star's birthday from a media company in Glasgow, he said: "We knew he was a fan, so we thought it would be a novel idea to send him down a large teacake, we organised to have it made, then couriered down - obviously with fragile and handle with care all over the box - and we got a phone call on Friday to say it had arrived safely. He's a great ambassador for the product."
Sadly, Fergus also confirmed the cake is a definite one-off and won't be joining their main range.
