Taste Buchanan is re-imagining the traditional shopping centre food court by bringing in local traders who are dishing up interesting and exciting menus.

From the much-loved Chompsky who have been popping up all over Glasgow to newcomers Union Waffles, there’s a huge range of food and something to suit all tastes. The idea is that the vendors will change frequently but for now, you can find pizza by Nomad, hot dogs by Surf Dogs, burgers from BRGR, bao from Chompsky – and lots more!

Pizza is the new burger in Glasgow, and Baffo is the newest opening in town.

In a prime location right across from Kelvingrove Museum, they’re serving up traditional Italian pizzas as well as bruschetta, pasta and focaccia.

If you’re feeling like a challenge (or up for sharing) they’re also doing half-metre pizzas.

Their bread pakora is a definite highlight – imagine a cheese toastie dipped in pakora batter. It’s as delicious as it sounds.
