Fetcha Chocolates, based in Campbeltown, are set to wing their way to Hollywood, as they are to be included in the $125,000 'Everyone Wins' Oscars nominee gift bag.

In the past, the exclusive gift set, described by creators Distinctive Assets as ‘the ultimate swag bag’ has gone to nominees for Best Director, Best Actress and Best Actor - including the likes of Cate Blanchett, Jamie Lee Curtis and Steven Spielberg.

Well known likely nominees at this year’s glamorous Hollywood 96th Oscars ceremony on March 10 could be Cillian Murphy, Bradley Cooper, Leonardo DiCaprio and Emma Stone.

The chocolates have been inspired by films, and will join another Scottish business, the Gin Bothy, which was also selected to be included in the gift bag.

Speaking of being chosen for the gift bag, Fetcha Chocolates owner, Fiona McArthur, wrote on socials: "I am delighted to announce that our chocolates will be jetting off to Hollywood to be featured in the highest profile gift bag in the world!

"The famous “Everyone wins” nominee gift bag is always filled with fabulous, luxurious goodies and I’m pinching myself knowing that soon Oscar nominees will be able to tuck in to chocolates that I have made with my own hands!

"This Awards Collection box has been specially created to go in the gift bag and it celebrates some of the biggest movies of 2023. The chocolates featured in this box have been designed around the movies: Barbie, Oppenheimer, Maestro, Poor Things, The Holdovers and Killers of the Flower Moon."

The chocolate business was set up by Fiona in 2019 and has been dedicated to creating high-quality chocolates that cater to a variety of dietary preferences, including vegan and free-from options.

In 2023 Fetcha Chocolates won two silver awards at the Great British Food Awards.
