Aptly dubbed Avo Avo, the new eatery will aim to take advantage of one of the world's hottest food trends and follows hot on the heels of similar venues in New York and London.
Opening in Finnieston at 946 Argyle Street at the end of October, the new venue will serve up avocado themed dishes, including Guacamole packed meals, salads and of course the ever popular avocado on toast.
