Kirk O’ The Lochs is set to open in April, and will be a celebration of Scottish produce in food and drinks, as well as offering ‘experiential dining.’
The new restaurant is situated in a restored historic church in the village of Tarbet, in Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. It's the former site of the Slanj restaurant and bar.
Kirk O'The Lochs will pride itself on traditional Scottish cuisine with a modern twist, featuring locally sourced, high-quality ingredients.
Guests can look forward to signature Scottish dishes, fresh local produce, an outdoor beer garden providing a relaxing space to enjoy drinks while soaking up the stunning surroundings, indulgent Sunday lunches ideal for family gatherings, and a carefully curated selection of Scottish ales and fine malt whiskies.
Kirk O’The Lochs is being opened by the owners of Mharsanta and Van Winkle in Glasgow, and Tolbooth Tavern in Edinburgh, and they are thrilled to expand their portfolio into Loch Lomond.
Derek Mallon, director said, "We are excited to bring our passion for Scottish cuisine and hospitality to this beautiful region.
“Kirk O'The Lochs will offer a unique dining experience that celebrates the rich culinary heritage of Scotland while providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both locals and visitors."
