New @pizza branch opens in former Police station on the Royal Mile

@pizza is set to open a third site on Edinburgh’s historic Royal Mile.

Open from Monday 26 April, the new @pizza site is split over three floors with a spacious outdoor seating area on the pedestrianised section of the Royal Mile.

@pizza secured over £1.2million of funding to expand in 2020. The new Royal Mile site has created 12 jobs in the Capital after converting the disused High Street police station into a new venue.

Customers will be able to enjoy hand-crafted pizzas with unlimited customisation and a range of Innis & Gunn beers while soaking up the atmosphere of the historic street.

“We’re thrilled to have secured a site on the pedestrianised section of Edinburgh’s Royal Mile, the busiest street in Edinburgh” said Rupert Lyle, co-founder of @pizza.

“Our fast-paced service and excellent quality is perfectly suited to the needs of visitors and locals alike, offering convenience and flexibility to enjoy pizza exactly how you want it in this prime location.”
