The Penthouse ‘home’ of SKYbar is set to open on Christmas Day, offering a seven course taster menu and the "perfect spot to be together whilst enjoy the most spectacular views of the city".
Costing £99 per person - sharing tables of 10 - the event will begin at 12pm, with lunch served at 1pm.
The team behind the SKYbar says guests will be able to enjoy dishes like Scottish smoked salmon blinis, slow cooked shin of beef with haggis bonbon and gratin potato, and raspberry and vanilla cheesecake dome, as well as the usual festive favourites of mince pies and shortbread.
We discovered the SKYbar, which is located on the top floor of the DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh City Centre, at the Festival last year, and were blown away by the incredible views of the Castle
