The Three Chimneys, on the Isle of Skye has been placed at number seven in the top ten of TripAdvisor’s Traveller’s Choice Awards: Best of the Best - in the Best Fine Dining Restaurant category.

The iconic restaurant with rooms has been a destination dining experience for over 30 years.

Based within an original Skye croft house and lead by Head Chef Scott Davies, The Three Chimneys restaurant is renowned for serving dishes that showcase the variety of Scotland’s natural larder.

Chef Scott Davies joined The Three Chimneys in June 2015 and has received global recognition for his Nordic influenced dishes ever since.

Of the listing, chef Scott said: “We feel honoured to have been named the UK’s seventh-best fine dining restaurant in the UK by TripAdvisor.

"As a team, we are very proud of the food and drink that we serve at the restaurant, championing the best produce the Isle of Skye has to offer.

“We work with some of the very best suppliers on Skye so we wouldn’t be where we are today without them and their support.”
