Mothership, the online drinks retailer set up by the founders of Edinburgh’s award-winning cocktail bar Bramble, has announced that it will start stocking products from other, local producers with the incentive of free shipping on all purchases to the UK mainland until
further notice.
While Bramble and its sister bars, Lucky Liquor Co. and the Last Word Saloon, are closed in line with the Government’s instructions during these challenging times, Mothership is able to continue delivering directly to home cocktail enthusiasts via online delivery.
“This is a really tough time for hospitality,” said co-founder Jason Scott, “but we’re fortunate that we have an avenue where we can still do what we’re best at - getting great drinks into people’s hands to help them enjoy themselves. It might not be much, but hopefully it’s

The newly opened wine bar is offering a selection of deli items for takeaway or delivery, as well as a drinks delivery service.
The team said: “The list includes meats, cheeses and essentials, along with some pickles and preserves made by us. The menus are up on our story highlights, get your orders in before 4pm to receive your supplies the same day.
“Thank you for all the wine orders so far, your support is keeping people in jobs and keeping our little shop afloat.”
The team at Spry are also doing a meal prep lunch service of grain bowls. Ingredients in these include: pearl barley, sesame kale, red cabbage and carrot kimchi.

Aberdeen’s Fierce Beer is open as a bottle shop between 12-8pm, with a range of cleaning and common sense measures in place. Fierce Beer can also be ordered for delivery via their web shop.
The team are also offering NHS staff special discounts on products as a way of saying thank you.
Although all of The Good Spirits Co shops remain closed, the team are still accepting orders for delivery as well as mail order, though their click and collect service has stopped.
Local delivery is free and the team said: “We’re trialling a free local delivery service for the Glasgow area, with all orders being delivered on Friday or Saturday. You can take advantage of this service if your delivery address is within six miles of our Bath Street shop.
“For all other destinations order online by 12 noon for next day delivery via DHL.”

To explain more, founder Duncan Alexander said: “We have also moved to allowing people to make phone orders either for pick-up at the taproom or ‘Drive Thru’ in the car park where the ordered goods will be pre-packed in a bag ready to be passed to the driver.

With people being advised to stay at home, Drygate Brewing Co. has launched a brand-new same-day delivery service to bring quality beer and pub food to the masses, whilst helping support NHS workers and food banks as they fight to support the public during the Covid-19 crisis.
The quick-turnaround launch of its new on-demand function comes as Drygate joins the hordes of businesses working to keep the hospitality sector thriving, while continuing to serve its community.
Glasgow punters can place an order via the Drygate website before midday and get their favourite Drygate products delivered directly to their door.
Meanwhile, delicious hot food including loaded fries, pizza, burgers, and other treats straight from the Drygate Brasserie are also available to order within the Glasgow area.
NHS workers will be granted 50 per cent off all food orders.
Drygate is also enabling people to harness their desire to support their communities and donate to food banks directly from their doorstep with the relaunch of its successful ‘Can for a Can’ initiative. Dedicated delivery drivers will collect donated food items and household essentials and courier them to local food banks.
Originally launched in July 2019, ‘Can for a Can’ has so far helped hundreds of people support the struggling Drumchapel Food Bank.
Last week BrewDog announced a drive-thru service along with a click and collect offering for those who fancy a beer fix and don't have a car.

The team at 56 North have collaborated with Edinburgh's Cushiedoo's to launch a gin and tonic delivery service.
