Video: Diageo Scotch Whisky Ambassador Ervin Trykowski on why cocktails are a great intro to Scotch whisky

For World Whisky Day, we spoke to Global Scotch Ambassador at Diageo Ervin Trykowski, to ask him about how perceptions in Scotch whisky are changing and why whisky cocktails are a great introduction to Scotland's national spirit.

As part of the World Whisky Day celebrations Erv explains why enjoying Scotch is no longer just about following the rules and why it's become a drink that everyone can enjoy.

Now an ambassador for Drinks Giant Diageo, Erv has previously worked in Glasgow's bar scene and has a huge amount of experience in the city's mixology scene, which he combined with his passion for whisky to great effect with his #LoveScotch campaign.
