With live music, a Bellini, Mimosa and Bloody Mary station, and a decadent choice of brunch favourites – including elegant brasserie dishes, fresh seafood and American classics – the iconic hotel’s latest culinary offering provides guests with no-holds-barred access to a bountiful banquet.
Running on the first Sunday of each month in Gleneagles’ newest restaurant, The Birnam Brasserie, the Bellini brunch provides the perfect opportunity for couples, families and friends to come together for an informal yet extravagant dining experience – to toast the end of the weekend in style.
With a spread that focuses on Scottish seasonal produce and showcases the breadth of fresh ingredients on Gleneagles’ doorstep, guests can enjoy the cold bar’s delicious range of Scottish shellfish and crustaceans, salads, and a wide selection of continental charcuterie and cheeses, before indulging in as many dishes from the main menu as their heart desires.
The ice-cream cart and the pancake and waffle station present temptation to guests with a sweet tooth, while a specially-curated list of French wines and a smorgasbord of delicious French-inspired desserts complete the feast.
The Gleneagles brunch experience – which is served on the first Sunday of the month from 12.30pm - 3.30pm – is a set price of £37 for adults; £20 for children aged 5 - 12, and is free for the under-5s. The drinks package costs an additional £25 per head.
The Birnam Brasserie, which launched in May, is inspired by the grand Parisian cafés of the early twentieth century and offers elegant dining in a relaxed and buzzy setting.
