Edinburgh favourites Civerinos Food Club and Mothership team up to offer cocktails and pizza home delivery

Enjoy pizza and cocktails at home, as two Edinburgh businesses announce a collaboration.

Two popular Edinburgh businesses - Civerinos Food Club and Mothership (founders of Edinburgh's famed Bramble, Lucky Liquor and Last Word bars) have joined forces to bring cocktails and pizza to the safety and comfort of capital homes.

Launching this weekend (2-4 October), pizza and cocktail fans can choose from an ever changing menu, including classic serves as well as bespoke specialities designed and created especially for Civerinos.

Diners can add drinks to any Civerinos order through the Civerinos Slice app, with drinks starting at £5.

The cocktails will be delivered in their own popcorn lined and branded box from Mothership, which you simply just need to chill and add ice to enjoy alongside a pizza from Civerinos.

Speaking of the collaboration, Jason Scott, co-owner of Mothership drinks online retailer and co-founder of Bramble, Lucky Liquor and Last Word bars said: “For us this is about collaboration - doing cool stuff with cool people and sharing our passion for great food and great cocktails with our local community.”

Michele Civiera, owner of Civerino’s restaurant collection added: “I’m a huge fan and have so much respect for Mothership. Their bars really are some of the best in the city.

"I couldn’t think of a better Edinburgh brand to team up with to offer our pizza and their cocktails to enjoy at home.”

Civerino’s Food Club is known for their Italian street food, New York style wood fired pizzas and secret classic family recipes passed down through generations.

The restaurant collection operates from three locations throughout the city – the original Civerinos on Hunter Square, Civerinos Slice on Forrest Road and The High Dive on St. Leonard’s Street with news of their latest opening coming soon.

Mothership is an online drinks retailer, producer and bottler of Scottish spirits and liqueurs, consultancy and events business as well as the operator of some of Edinburgh’s finest bars – Bramble, Lucky Liquor and The Last Word.
