Here's four great golf-themed cocktails for you to enjoy while you watch the Open

North Hop

Ingredients:
• 50ml Glenmorangie Original
• 15ml fresh lemon
• 20ml chamomile honey
• 15ml fresh pink grapefruit
• 10ml Manzanilla sherry

Method: Shake and strain, then top with soda. Serve in a rocks glass

Garnish: Pink grapefruit & chamomile flowers

The Tee Off

Glenmorangie Tee Off

Ingredients:

9 of the most expensive and rare drams available in Scottish bars - including £8000 Macallan and 1979 Port Ellen

• 50ml Glenmorangie Original
• 50ml Cold Earl Grey Tea
• 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 15ml Simple Syrup
• Fever Tree Bitter Lemon

Method: Shake all ingredients except bitter lemon. Strain into a
highball and top with Fever Tree bitter lemon. Garnish with an
orange twist.

The Birdie

(submitted by Daffy's and The Adamson bar in St Andrew's - pop in this weekend if you're at the Open to try the cocktail)

North Hop

Charles Maclean and sons release limited edition Ardnamurchan whisky in aid of clean water charity 

Ingredients:

• 50 ml Daffy gin
• 15 ml St Germain
• 20 ml fresh lime juice
• 10 ml sugar syrup
• 5 leaves of fresh mint

Method: Combine all ingredients in a boston shaker, fill the shaker with ice, shake vigorously for 10 seconds then double strain into a chilled coupette or martini glass

North Hop

Ingredients:

• 35 ml Eden Mill Golf Gin
• 12.5 ml of Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
• 15 ml of Maraschino Liqueur
• Dash of crème de violette (optional)

Method: Add the above ingredients with the exception of the maraschino cherry to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake hard until chilled then strain into cocktail glass garnish.

Garnish: Maraschino cherry
