To launch its brand new Oyster Bar, The Finnieston is hosting The Oyster and Whisky Festival over the weekend of the 11 and 12 September.
Diners can tuck into various seafood dishes, from a plate of oysters to mixed shellfish, in the restaurant before heading up to the new oyster bar for a selection of cocktails and whisky flights.

Whisky fans will enjoy Johnnie Walker Black Label, Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve, and Johnnie Walker Blue Label paired with canapes.

After each tasting, guests will be able to enjoy a selection of bespoke whisky cocktails from the new Oyster Bar cocktail menu, paired alongside the signature amuse-bouche menu.
Taking place at 9pm on Friday and Saturday, the whisky tastings are priced at £15 per person and are available to book online now.
