The event, which featured more than a dozen specially chosen categories, saw the top prizes awarded to those businesses and individuals who have helped make a huge success of the country’s food and drink sector.
Kicking off the night, The Scotsman's editorial director Frank O'Donnell, who was introduced by host Stephen Jardine, gave a rousing speech about how the media must get behind the Food and Drink industry to continue to build on its established success, he said: "Everyone in Scotland must be proud of our food and drink offerings. And Scotland's media must play a role in that. It's vital that success is shouted about. That new ideas are nurtured and given exposure.
"My commitment is that The Scotsman, through our newspaper and through our online offering, including our dedicated food and Drink site, will champion the victories, act as a hub for new ideas, and challenge the sector to go further.
"In short, there are many reasons to be cheerful. And here tonight we have more reasons to whoop, and clap and scream. The @Scotsman Food and Drink Awards are about celebrating the best, honouring excellence and raising the bar."
Emma Mykytyn of Foodie Explorers, who took home the Most Dedicated Blogger award said: "We are thrilled to receive this recognition for our blog. It’s a labour of love but we would never have it any other way.
"Our enthusiasm for the food and drink sector has grown since the site started way back in 2007 and we hope to keep supporting the industry for many more years”
While Giovanna Eusebi of Eusebi's Deli in Glasgow, which took home two awards on the night, added: "It’s a real honour to have won these awards. It’s a true testament to the hard work of our team and the great Scottish and Italian produce that we love so much.
"My Nonnas would be tickled to have seen us receive these awards, having opened the original Shettleston deli over 40 years ago. This one is definitely for them!”
To celebrate the occasion we've pulled together a selection of the photos of the winners on the night. Congratulations to everyone involved including all of our finalists.
