Bathgate to L.A. cocktail

1. Muddle fresh ginger with sugar

2. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker

3. Shake without ice for 10 seconds

4. Add ice and reshake for a further 10 seconds

5. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

6. Add a garnish of ginger to finish

25ml Roku Japanese Craft Gin
25ml Sake, Umeshu of Kishinamien
12.5ml Lychee liqueur
12.5ml Sugar
Diced and chopped crushed fresh ginger
