Media personality Phil MacHugh has shared this easy to make recipe - ideal for a weekend at home. Phil said: "This Eden Mill gin works wonderfully served with Fentimans Valencian Orange Tonic with a twist of orange or grated chocolate or like me, you can create a delicious Spicy Chocolate Espresso Martini."

Ingredients

  • 25ml Chocolate & Chilli Eden Mill Gin
  • 25ml Kahlua
  • 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
  • 50ml instant coffee or Espresso

Method

Pour your Eden Mill chocolate and chilli gin, Kahlua, sugar syrup and coffee mix into your shaker.

Shake over ice and strain into a martini glass.

Garnish with a slice of chilli or grated chocolate.
