Scotland's favourite chocolate bar revealed in new poll - did your favourite make the cut?

The new poll  has revealed Scotland's favourite chocolate bars.

The survey, which was conducted by ScotPulse, an online research panel for Scotland, revealed that over 1000 people voted for Cadbury Dairy Milk as their favourite chocolate bar.

The results are shown in five tiers, with Galaxy, Bounty and Lindor in tier two and Double Decker, Wispa, Crunchie, Snickers, Toblerone and Kit Kat. in tier three.

Tier four includes Twirl, Mars, Flake, Bournville, Twix, Aero, Daim, Picnic and Milkybar, while the bottom tier saw Yorkie, Milky Way, Starbar, Fry’s Chocolate Cream and Green & Black’s milk chocolate come last as the nation's favourites.

Chocolate fans took to Twitter to show their appreciation or disappointment in the poll, with many surprised at the top result.

One tweeted: Frys cream bottom tier is a travesty."

While another added: "A Crunchie in at number three? Do you know that they are the chocolate best left consigned to an xmas selection box?? Clearly rigged as the Twirl should be at 1...."

Many were quick to suggest missing chocolate bars from the list, such as Cabana, Kinder Bueno,Toffee Crisp and Boost.
