Fife Farmers Market are set to hold a festival celebrating the amazing fruit grown in Fife.
The Fruit Festival will be part of a celebration of 15 years of trading for Fife Farmers Market at Kirkcaldy.
Kicking off on Saturday 29th August, the festival will run from 9am until 1pm, it is free to attend and will feature unique products, talks and demonstrations as well as the regular market stalls.
Strawberry Teas will be available throughout the day and Fife Food Ambassador Christopher Trotter will be holding a cookery demonstration from 10am until 12pm.
Fife Farmers Market is held in Kirkcaldy's town square and over the years has grown in popularity, with many new stall holders and loyal customers regularly attending.
Regular produce available at the market includes and a variety of meats such as Chicken, Pork, Beef, Lamb, and Water Buffalo as well fresh smoked Smokies and fresh fish from Iain Spink.
There is also many local producers of cheese, preserves, vegetables, game, baking, eggs and much more.
