Lidl is set to unveil its biggest ever Scottish Larder in-store promotion with two weeks of the nation’s best produce on offer.
From an Edinburgh-based coffee manufacturer specialising in roast coffee to a vegan pea snack producer from Perthshire, Scottish Larder fortnight is a celebration of Scotland’s diverse and growing food and drink scene.
Shoppers can look forward to traditional Scottish flavours with a twist, such as a haggis pizza from family-run Edinburgh pizza makers Cosmo’s, for £2.29.
Other items include rhubarb and strawberry ice cream from Aberdeenshire's Mackie’s, for £2.49 per 1 litre tub.
Scotland’s world-renowned seafood will also line the shelves, with Scotch Reserve Scottish Oak-Smoked Salmon from Dumfries-based smokehouse, St James, for £2.99.
For those looking for a healthy snack, packs of Podberry peas will be available as part of the Scottish Larder promotion, priced at 59p per packet.
Podberry is the UK’s first freeze-dried seasoned snack product made with Scottish-grown peas, which grown and made in the heart of Perthshire.
They're freeze dried on the farm before natural flavours are added, enhancing the sweet taste of the pea, the product is then packed ready to enjoy.
The Scottish Larder event features other well-known family favourites including Tunnocks, Stoats, Scotty Brand, Nairn's Lee’s and Simon Howie.

Available at Lidl’s 103 Scottish stores while stocks last, the Scottish Larder fortnight kicks off on 3rd September.
