Shilling Brewing Company in the city centre are offering one of their margarita pizzas for only 50p when you buy a Shilling-brewed beer.

Those who aren't interested in beer or extending their dry January, can get a glass of draught soft drink and a pizza for a fiver.

Shilling’s pizzas are made from scratch in-house by their pizzaiolo, who uses his own special recipe to make his dough along with a blend of baker’s and brewer’s yeast from the on-site brewery.

Proved for 48 hours, the dough is cooked in a cupola oven and topped with a tempting array of fresh ingredients, resulting in the best pizzas, great for sharing along with a pint of their freshly brewed beers.

A spokesperson for Shilling said: "We're offering everybody a pizza for only 50p when bought with a pint of our Shilling brewed beer this Friday (9th February) to celebrate the biggest day of the year - National Pizza Day."
