El Perro Negro ltd is the brainchild of Nick Watkins, who created and shared pictures of his burgers to the James vs Burger community back in 2014.

Fast forward eight years and after being lauded as creating Glasgow's best burger, El Perro Negro has found a permanent address on Argyle Street in Finnieston, Glasgow.

The popular eatery enjoyed success as a pop-up that took over venues in the city for 'one night only' events.

But now fans of the brand can go and enjoy their favourite dish as often as they want.

Set to open soon, El Perro Negro's menu includes burgers, wings and fries.

The now famous Top Dog burger, which consists of bone marrow and roquefort butter, double bacon, caramelised onions and black truffle mayo, features as do classic burgers and cheeseburgers for those looking for something less decadent.

Vegetarians are also catered for with the selection of tofu burgers, including the Korean Gochujang cripsy fried tofu burger, served with a Korean gochujang glaze, salad and pickles.

Sides are all fries, which range from the simple skin on variety to buffalo and blue cheese and Togarashi fries.

El Perro Negro will undoubtedly be popular - the Top Dog Burger often sold out at their events - so booking a table will be essential.
