Selling handmade brioche and old fashioned doughnuts in imaginative, seasonal flavours such as Raspberry Jam, Almond Old Fashioned, Candied bacon and French toast glaze, Tiramisu and Pistachio and Hibiscus, Tantrum is an ideal place to go if you have a sweet tooth.

Tantrum Doughnut's aim is to "make premium patisserie products more accessible to people, by using fantastic ingredients and traditional bakery techniques to give an alternative to the mainstream factory-produced doughnuts."

In fact, the shop and cafe has become so popular that it has announced plans to open in the city centre soon, and the team are looking for new staff.

For anyone interested in working in the city centre shop, the roles - which include front of house staff and night bakers - are detailed here.
