Having teamed up with Civerinos to create a one off limited edition tie up for the National celebration, Bross Bagels have decided to invent their very own pizza bagel.
All made to order, on their choice of bagel, residents of the capital can pick from the Brossarita (tomato sauce and cheese -£4), the Vegan ( Vegan cheese and tomato sauce -£4.50) and the Karnautzel (tomato sauce, cheese and Canadian-style sausage - £5).

The Bross Shop on Leith Walk also has a brand new upstairs seating area for people not wanting to take their bagel to go.
The upstairs space will be open during shop hours for their customers to enjoy and also available for private events and catering in the evenings.
Owner Larah Bross, who hails from the bagel capital of the world, Montreal, and established Bross Bagels in August 2017, said: "Choose your bagel; choose your toppings; choose your best lunch ever.
"Made to order pizza bagels for vegans, cheese lovers & meat lovers - everyone’s a winner, they are perfect for a killer lunch - or breakfast, depending how badly you need to cure that hangover.
"I see a lot of high school kids eating chips & curry sauce on their lunch breaks here in Scotland... we used to always eat pizza bagels. It’s definitely not the same thing but I can promise you that it’s a hole lot better."
With two established shops in the capital and their very own Bross bakery, Bross Bagels recently opened their third store on Queensferry Street in the west end of the city following the huge success of their Portobello and Leith shops.
