Thanks to the new offering, stressed shoppers can take some time out to sit back and relax with a pint of the Scottish favourite while the brand’s elves wrap a present for free.

The innovative gift-wrapping service will be running on Thursday 19th December and will be available in Belushi’s Bar in Edinburgh and The Social in Glasgow, between 6pm and 9.30pm.

Shoppers simply need to drop into the participating outlets with the gift they want wrapped and enjoy a complimentary pint of Tennent’s Lager - one pint and one gift per person - while their present is wrapped in a festive Tennent’s Lager Paper (for adult presents only - Children's gifts will be non-branded)

James Hughes, brand manager at Tennent’s Lager said: “Christmas is undoubtedly the most wonderful time of the year, but it can also be pretty stressful, especially when it comes to wrapping presents!

“So, we thought what better way to take some of the stress out of the festive season, than by offering a gift wrapping service, where not only do frazzled Christmas shoppers get their gifts wrapped for free, but they also get some time to sit back and relax with a pint of Scotland’s favourite lager.”
