The Spey (Saturday)
Take the time to enjoy the eponymous water this wonderful festival is named for - paddle down the River Spey in a canoe from Knockando to Craigellachie. Enjoy a picnic lunch and a whisky tasting inside a teepee on the riverbank when you reach your final destination.
St James Hall, Dufftown (daily)
The best way to start any festival day, enjoy a bacon roll with four different drams - and vote for the one that goes best with the bacon roll. This is serious stuff with rules - no smoked bacon, no egg and no definitely no sauce!

Seated in an eight-wheel argocat you will be transported back to a bygone age when illicit whisky distilling and smuggling took place in the glen. Hear tales of the smuggling pat, enjoy breathtaking scenery and wildlife, and a picnic lunch in traditional bothy.
Dufftown (Sunday)
The world's malt whisky capital closes its streets for this delightful festival. Enjoy the sounds of traditional Scottish ceilidh band Footerin’ Aboot while you take in everything from a 10K run around the town's seven stills to barrel racing down the main street, before sampling some fun whisky cupcakes and cocktails.
