By our last count there was around 40 or so amazing gins available from all across the Scotland and this wee nation now accounts for around 70 per cent of the total UK wide production of the spirit.
From as far north on the main land as Thurso to the south and Girvan, right through to the islands like Jura, Islay, Orkney and Shetland, gin producers are taking the bountiful botanicals this country offers and turning it into some truly fantastic gin.
