Nico Simeone's first restaurant, 111 by Nico, is currently running a new spring Trust tasting menu and wine pairing deal for a bargain price.

The surprise Trust menu is packed with seasonal flavours and includes ingredients such as sprouting broccoli, Scrabster coley and lamb.

For anyone that hasn't tried the concept, the Trust tasting menu is an immersive experience where guests choose from a list of 12 ingredients.

The concept is a popular method in dining in Japan where patrons at sushi restaurants leave the selection to the chef, as opposed to ordering à la carte.
