The Daffy’s Gin Den will be a dedicated space for live music, cocktail and film events, and will also be open to the public.

The Daffy’s Gin Den will showcase Daffy's classic premium gin across a multitude of world class cocktails and Daffy's and tonic (D&T's), and will also feature special seasonal editions from their Highland home.

The drinks menus will feature both classic cocktails and will continually be updated with new concoctions.

Featuring chesterfield sofas surrounded by botanical jars and Robert McGinnis artwork, Daffy's Gin Den will be the ultimate place to enjoy a D&T.

With numerous events and functions in the pipeline the Daffy’s Gin Den will be the hive of activity for unique artists, events and musicians throughout 2019.

Chris Molyneaux MD and distiller, Daffy’s Gin said: “We are very excited to be launching our Daffy's Gin Den in the heart of Edinburgh.

"It is the perfect way for us to be able to showcase all of our small batch interesting gins that we create at our distillery in the hills but that we make in such small quantities that we cannot sell them commercially.

"It will also be huge fun for us to have our bar and events space to host drinks themed cinema evenings and live music”

• Open daily from the 7th of December, the Daffy’s Gin Den can be found at the Old Tolbooth Wynd, 179a Canongate. Upcoming events schedule can be seen on Daffy’s Gin Facebook page.
