This will be followed on the 20 March by Neil Campbell, Head Chef at Ottolenghi’s newest restaurant, Rovi, in London.

Held in the new hotel residence, located in Edinburgh’s historic St Andrew Square, the monthly Supper Club will take a maximum of only 36 bookings, giving guests an unrivalled access to the chefs as well as a rare opportunity to taste their acclaimed dishes in Scotland.

Supper Club guests will enjoy a drinks reception in the beautiful surroundings of The Register Club, followed by a five course dinner with paired wines, in the exquisite setting of the classic but contemporary décor of The Games Room.

Prior to the Supper Club, the star chefs will also put on a cookery masterclass in the hotel residence’s stunning penthouse apartment, which can be booked separately. The masterclass will show participants how to prepare one of the dishes on the evening menu.

Gavin MacLennan, General Manager at The Edinburgh Grand, said: “We are thrilled to be launching The Edinburgh Grand Supper Club and look forward to welcoming two of the UK’s foremost chefs, in Josh Eggleton and Rob Howell.

"The beautiful setting of the hotel residence will provide our Supper Club guests with an unrivalled opportunity to sample some of the best food in the world.”
