The first Finnieston Distillery Company Presents… will showcase at SWG3 on Thursday 14th September and will feature the debut Scottish gig by French electro-funk DJ/producer Dabeull.

A Parisian who is part of the popular French label Roche Musique, Dabeull recently collaborated on disco legend Cerrone’s hit record ‘Red Lips’ and will play a full 90 minute DJ set at the event.
Finnieston Distillery Company Director Neil Paterson commented: “We’re all huge music fans at FDC and we wanted to create an event which would appeal to the same audience we’re targeting with our whisky cocktails.
“We thought it made sense to feature new young talent at one of Glasgow’s best venues. Dabeull is one of the hottest DJ/producers coming up right now and we thought that rather than wait for him to come to Glasgow, we’d do something about it and bring him here ourselves to launch Finnieston Distillery Presents…
“Our plan is to host the event on a regular basis in our home city and use it as a showcase for some of the best talent in music, whether that’s from Scotland or from the wider music scene.”

FDC will be giving each ticket holder an exclusive lanyard as well as a complimentary cocktail of their choice on arrival.

The company launched their new ready-to-drink Scotch whisky-blended cocktails in cans in June with the range including Finnieston Fling, Old Fashioned Green Tea, Scotch On The Beach and Shanghai Sour.
The cocktails are now stocked in bars and restaurants across Glasgow, particularly in Finnieston and the West End, and the company are currently in discussions with a number of supermarkets.
