It could be a dream job for any whisky fan - one of Scotland's top whisky bars is looking for a new manager.

Dornoch Castle Hotel is looking for someone to manage its world-renowned whisky bar, which is known for its vast selection of rare and unique vintage malts.

The Hotel, which even has its own distillery, is run by the Thompsons, with the family looking for a dedicated manager to replace current incumbent Andy Chu, who is leaving the role at the end of the year due to visa restrictions.

The Thompsons are looking for someone ideally from a drinks background - preferably with a good knowledge of the whisky industry - as the bar, which was previously named Whisky Bar of the Year in 2014 and 2016, is highly regarded for the expertise of its bar staff.

With accommodation on offer as part of the job perks and the chance to work with some incredible whiskies - there are over 400 - the role is sure to be filled quickly, with the family already accepting applications.
