The brewing giant delivered the vending machine and 150 perfectly chilled cans of Innis & Gunn Lager to Edinburgh’s Mickey Higgins.
Mickey’s entry was chosen from almost 500 the brand received from lager lovers on social media looking to bag the prize.
Mickey said: “Every year since I turned 18 I’ve written to Santa asking for a vending machine full of beer for Christmas. I’m 47 now and I was starting to think it was never going to happen.
"I’m a huge fan of Innis & Gunn, particularly their lager, and I’ve not been able to stop smiling since I found out I was the winner of this fantastic prize. Thanks to everyone at Innis & Gunn, you’re definitely all welcome at my next Barbeque.”
Robb Hamlin, senior brand manager at Innis & Gunn, added: “We had a great time reading through the hundreds of entries to our competition and there were quite a few that would have made worthy winners.
"Mickey’s entry really stood out to us though, because who doesn’t like the sound of a barbeque with family, friends, laughter and award winning Innis & Gunn Lager? We would however like to apologise to any of Mickey’s friends and family who now find themselves with a hard act to follow on the Christmas present front. ”
