A Glasgow resident is offering to sell original recipe Irn-Bru on Facebook for £40 a case.

Facebook user Brian Fraser has posted across multiple buy and sell pages across the social media platform offering the classic style Irn-Bru cans with the original 38 per cent sugar content.

He is even offering free delivery.

The ad for the 24 pack of 330ml cans had some Glaswegians responding with disbelief at the price, with one even pointing out that it equates to £1.67 a can.

Some were keen to buy though with more than a few saying they'd PMed him.

How much would you pay for the older recipe? If Barr's brought it back at a higher price would you pay?
