Craft56°, an online retailer specialising in Scottish craft drinks and gifts, has collaborated with Sugarsnap Chocolate & Confectionery to launch the product for this festive season.
Craft56°, which was launched by Glaswegian Ally Hardy in 2017, champions Scottish products and works with independent, small-batch producers to offer a wide selection of Scottish craft spirits in their online bottleshop.
Teaming up with fellow Glaswegian entrepreneur Annette Smith, founder of SugarSnap, the pair decided to use their shared passion for craft products to create a unique advent calendar that would appeal to craft gin and chocolate fans alike.
The innovative festive product pairs white, milk and dark chocolate with Scottish gin (as well as other Scottish craft spirits) to produce a range of "tasty handmade bon bons with alcohol-infused ganache fillings".
Each advent calendar will have at least 12 different flavours and features brands including Makar, UWA Tequila, McLean's Gin, Sugar House Rum and many more.
