Quietly setting up shop on Argyle Street across from the Kelvingrove Museum and close to the ever popular Brewdog, Baffo has become hugely popular with local residents and visitors alike.
With an atmosphere that's unfussy and relaxed, the service always comes with a smile, meaning it's the perfect place to go and just enjoy all of your favourite Italian comfort foods.
Focaccia, Bruschetta and pasta all grace the menu but it's with the 12 inch pizzas that Baffo have really made their name.
With lashings of Italian cheese like fior di latte (mozzarella), Grana Padano and Scarmorza, and authentic meats aplenty (prosciutto di parma, Salami Milano and spicy rare breed sausage from Calabria), each pizza is a little slice of foodie heaven.
And should you be brave enough (or have a few friends handy) then why not try out their now famous Mezzo metro (half metre) pizzas.

The fact that Paesano are busy nearly every night of the week is testament to their great value and stunningly made pizzas.
Their Miller Street operation opened in 2015 and it's been so successful they are set open their second west end site on Great Western Road this spring.
Serving pizza in the traditional Napoletana style with a hybrid yeast and sourdough base, Paesano's novel version of the Italian favourite is topped off with deliciously authentic ingredients like Tuscan fennel sausage and spicy Salami from Calabria.
Not only are their pizzas truly delicious, their prices are hard to beat with none of them coming in above the £10 mark.
It also recently topped a list of the 'best-rated pizza restaurants in the UK' on Trip Advisor.
Be warned though, if you don't want your pizza dough smothered in EVOO (that's extra virgin olive oil to me and you) then make sure to ask for it on the side instead.

Picture: Pizza Punks Facebook
With neon street lights, brick walls and a stripped back aesthetic, Pizza Punks could be the backdrop for a Beastie Boys video and effortlessly backs up the cool factor with a pizza offering that would make a New York pizzeria jealous.
If 'making pizza cool again' was a mission statement then Pizza Punks would already be nailing it, taking out all the stress of picking a pizza where one (or more) of the toppings might not be to your liking (who hasn't wasted eating time picking out sweetcorn or anchovies), Pizza Punks offers a completely customisable experience when it comes to creating your perfect pizza, with the sauce, meat, veg and cheeses all chosen by you. Giving you scope to create some truly exciting and unique pizzas all for under a tenner.
Thankfully, if you can't be bothered making that meatballs, black puddin, artichoke and gorgonzola pizza you've always fancied, PP also offer a range of pre-built pizzas on their menu.
If you are in a rush you can also check out the soda and a slice to go option - buy any slice of pizza and a can of soft drink for just £6.

Picture: Shilling Brew Co. Facebook
The city-centre brewery is perhaps better known for its great beers but we want to get the message out that their pizzas should be as big a draw for people.
Shilling’s pizzas are made from scratch in-house by their pizzaiolo, who uses his own special recipe to make his dough along with a blend of baker’s and brewer’s yeast from the on-site brewery.
Proved for 48 hours, the dough is cooked in a cupola oven and topped with a tempting array of fresh ingredients, resulting in the best pizzas, great for sharing along with a pint of your favourite beer.
We love the Spaniard but can't recommend the Great Scot enough, spiced haggis, mozzarella, and Irn-Bru chilli jam, it makes the mouth water just describing it.

The new kid on the block has silently been taking the west end by storm, even being housed in a notoriously difficult location (the site of the former butterfly and the pig west at Partick Bridge Street) hasn't dampened enthusiasm for this new pizza venture.
Serving pizza straight from 'The Volcano', their huge pizza oven, PW have a huge array of styles on offer including the uniquely named White Guy (Italian sausage, mozarella and garlic) and Rocky IV (Italian sausage, mushrooms and Dolcelatte).
Best of all they haven't neglected the dips - something that bigger chains like Dominos and Papa Johns have made a killing on over the years - with no less than four different types including ranch and nduja spicy, to smother your crusts in.
