The team at Edinburgh Gin have shared this cocktail, which uses their Valentine's Gin and raspberry liqueur for a sweet, fruity drink.

Ingredients

  • 35ml Edinburgh Gin Valentine's Gin
  • 15ml Edinburgh Gin Raspberry Liqueur
  • 60ml pineapple juice
  • Fresh raspberry to garnish

Method

Add the gin, liqueur and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake, then double-strain into a coupe glass.

Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
