This long drink uses The Original Ten from BenRiach for a spicy cocktail

The team at BenRiach have dissected the flavours found in The Original Ten and The Smoky Ten, and discovered five core flavour themes, including the spice notes found in this easy to make highball.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Benriach The Original Ten
  • 5ml allspice liqueur
  • 5ml lemon juice
  • 5ml sugar syrup
  • 140ml ginger beer

Method

Build ingredients into a highball glass.

Top with ginger beer.

Stir gently to mix.

Garnish with a lemon leaf, ginger spear and star anise.

Enjoy!
